Country Vegetable Soup Mix 22oz

Soup Mix 12 cups water 2 cups chopped celery 2 cups chopped carrots 4 cups tomato or tomato vegetable juice Place water in a large pot. Bring to full boil, then reduce heat. Add soup mix; stir. Reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Add tomato juice. Heat through.
